Meeting & Event Fair, Copenhagen March 1st-2nd, 2017 - an Atlantic Link case story

The Meeting & Event Fair in Copenhagen is an annual event of which the RSO in Scandinavia & Finland is a regular attendee along with delegates from respective Deutsche Hospitality hotels. The fair is Scandinavia's largest exhibition for meetings and events. Usually it is held in Forum Center in the center of the city but this year it had to move to a larger venue because of the increasing number of both exhibitors and visitors.

More than 2,000 meetings and event planners turned up and were excited to listen to the 335 exhibitors. Every year, the fair is a great opportunity to, not only sell Deutsche Hospitality, but also create and maintain valuable relationships in the meeting and event business. This was especially the case this year.

During the two days on the stand, we had the pleasure of communicating the message of Deutsche Hospitality to more than 80 different visitors, and almost all participated in our competition; guess how many wooden pigs from Frankfurt was in the jar and win a stay at the Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport Hotel.
