Content Strategy Moving Targets Marketing

Lamppost Pizza

The following pages outline the approach we will take to posting on your social media pages. It documents the main objectives associated with each platform as well as the tone we will use when speaking as your brand.

Fundamental

This will be the core of your posting strategy. The goal is to increase engagement.

Business Features

This will be our secondary focus for your content strategy. The goal will be different for each location - beer for the Vista location and sporting events for the Irvine location.

Promotional

These posts will directly mention a financial exchange and will be associated with an opportunity for fans to come in and spend their money. This could come in the form of an offer, promotion or contest.

Tone

The tone for Lamppost Pizza will friendly and approachable appealing to the persona of a customer who enjoys pizza, beer and sports. The purpose of your brand voice is to engage and entertain current and potential customers.

User-Generated Content

User-generated content is content (e.g., photos, videos, reviews) created by customers who use your products or services. Sharing UGC via your social networks has become a marketing game changer, because it builds trust and enriches the user’s experience. Knowing that advertisements are designed to show a business’s good side, prospects tend to view UGC as more credible and unfiltered — perfect for showing what the food and atmosphere is “really” like and priming them for a consistent in-person experience. We will be retweeting local events, beer news, sporting updates, and customer mentions.
