Boudoir is a feminine and expressive way to bring out and showcase your sexy side while reclaiming your femininity all while realizing your self worth. Our team in the studio is extremely body positive and we love to show women of all shapes and sizes that they are flawless just as they are. Even if you don't see that now - you will.
I cannot personally thank you enough for hand selecting and trusting me to be your boudoir photographer. Such an intimate experience requires lots of hard work on both ends, but luckily you are already half way there. Booking your boudoir session is literally THE hardest part of the whole process. Being prepared for your boudoir session is so, so important. Here's a list of some super helpful tips to get you going in the right direction!
Five Days Before Your Shoot…
- If you wax, do so a few days before your shoot to avoid any bumpiness or redness.
- Make sure your eyebrows are nicely shaped and groomed.
- If you’re planning to visit the salon for a haircut or color, then give yourself a few days to make sure you are happy with it.
- Be sure to get a salon manicure and pedicure for a flawless finish, after all you deserve it!
- Stay out of the sun – while a base tan will be nice in photos, red, blotchy skin will not.
- PLEASE – DO NOT SPRAY TAN.
- Drink plenty of water for luminous skin.
- Lower your salt intake and avoid alcohol if you’re worried about retaining water.
- Try on your outfits and lingerie to make sure they fit properly; remove all tags and labels. Steam or iron your ensembles and hang them properly so they keep their shape as you travel to the studio.
- Look over the product collections to get an idea of what you're interested in!
- If you're interested in a payment plan, start saving for your first product payment!
- Apply for PayPal Credit if you'd like a "payment plan" but still want your product asap.
- Dry skin is a big no-no. Try and use lotion every day for a week before your session. Pro tip: drink lots of water and stay properly hydrated!
- Pack a bag with your favorite lingerie.. Don't forget the matching panties!
- All black lingerie is a favorite around here - it's timeless / not to mention super sexy!
- Don't forget - your birthday suit is always available as a wardrobe option! We aren't shy if you aren't!
- Include a pair of your favorite heels - always a great addition to any outfit.
- Bring along your favorite lip colors. Be sure to coordinate with your outfit choices.
- Be ready to have fun and feel like a queen!
The Day Before Your Shoot…
- Bathe, shave and moisturize.
- Remove ALL price tags, size & care labels, etc. from clothing, especially from lingerie and panties. They can ruin otherwise great photographs.
- Double-check everything is properly packed and ready for the shoot: heels, jewelry, accessories, props.
- Allow yourself plenty of time to get to the studio without stressing. Check weather and traffic reports to ensure you have allotted enough time for unexpected delays.
- Enjoy a relaxed, quiet evening.
- Plan for a good night’s sleep – eight hours is ideal.
The Day of Your Shoot…
- Use clear deodorant please.
- Wear loose-fitting clothing to your session to avoid red marks on your skin (no jeans, tight socks or tight clothing, for instance).
- Eat something light but filling before you leave the house.
- Arrive with a clean and moisturized face and CLEAN HAIR (important!).
- If you have choosen to do your own hair/makeup come completely ready.
- Most important: Take a deep breath and RELAX. It’s completely normal to be a wee bit nervous before your shoot, but please don’t worry because you will be in very good hands. We will show you exactly how to pose and work with you to get the perfect shot.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I HAVE to share my photographs? -Absolutely not. That being said - I do personally think that everyone should share at least one photograph in the group. You will feel great seeing all of the likes and comments! Plus you are going to be absolutely stunning - the world would love to see and talk about how beautiful you are! If you do decide to share, I can always share anonymously. I do not have to use your real name or face in the photographs. In the end, it is completely up to you whether your photographs are shared or not!
I am not a model. How will I know how to pose? - I know it sounds scary at first - but let me just say.. It's not! We will coach you every step of the way. We will use poses and outfits that flatter you and your body in all the right ways. We will move your body, hair and wardrobe to ensure you look your absolute best during your photo session. You may not be a model when you walk into the studio - but you definitely will be when you leave!
What is included in the studio fee? - 1 hour of shooting time in the studio, 2-3 outfit of your choice, a white sheet session. All prints & products will be purchased separately at your reveal session. A reveal session is where you will see your photographs for the first time & place your order. This usually takes place on a date of your choosing up to 2 weeks after your session. All images that are not ordered at the final reveal session will be purged. Average investment is $500-$1100 in product purchases after the portrait session fee. Read below to learn more about our easy payment plan - paypal credit, all major credit, debit & cash is accepted!
How long does it take to get my images? - Less than 14 days from the date of your session. We love to offer this convenient turn around time for you! Your product will arrive approximately 7-14 business days after you place your order. Canvases take a little longer as they are coming in from out of state. Items ship to the studio for free or $10 to your home!
How does a payment plan work? - We absolutely love to make everything as convenient as possible and we understand working with a budget. Payment plans are easy and painless. At your reveal session, you will choose which Collection / items you would like to purchase. We then take that total and split it into 1-6 months of payments. You may choose to do weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Cash, Check, Debit and Credit accepted at time of ordering. No product is ordered or delivered until balance has been paid in full. You will receive your product after your last payment has been confirmed.* PayPal credit is easy & interest free for 6 months but allows YOU to get your product in full and make payments to PayPal instead. *
Do you refund retainers or payments? - No, all payments and retainers are non-refundable. This guarantees that we hold the date exclusively for you. Once you have paid your retainer fee, we turn down all other commissions for that date. Things happen - we understand! However if illness or accident occur you have a one time reschedule your session for free. After the first reschedule, should you have to reschedule a second time, you forfeit your previous payments and there will be a $75 fee to hold your new date on our calendar. ALL payments and retainers are non-refundable.
