A Fun and Interactive Twist on that Family Favourite, The Sunday Lunch. Your Starter is Served as Normal, but the Main Course comes to the Table as a sharing board family style, with a really eye catching selection of roasted meat or fish as the Main attraction. We know How Important it is that there is enough food for all your Guests and that no one is left out. Equally, like you we dont want you to spend any more than necessary. With that in mind the general rule for evening catering to allow for half of your day guests and all of your evening guests. That said, it's always worth considering other factors too, such as time of your Wedding Breakfast, How many guests will be joining you later. For Best advice please consult our Events Team who will happily do all the hard work for you.

All our prices are per person. All prices shown in the brochure include VAT.
Please note we make an additional charge for events taking place between Christmas and New Year to cover the increased staffing and supply costs. An additional charge of £800 applies to 27th to 30th December inclusive and 1st and 2nd January and an additional charge of £2000 applies to 31st December.
After your Catering Meeting with Wild Gastro & your Wedding Breakfast is Finalised we will issue your Invoice for our Deposit
A non refundable catering deposit is payable within 30 days of receipt of the Wild gastro invoice in order to secure the current food package price. This payment is offset against your final catering invoice.
Final Numbers for Catering are Due 10 Weeks Prior to the Event
The Final Invoice for the Catering Balance will be issued 60 Days Before the event - and Payable 30 Days Before. This Invoice is based on your final numbers - We can sometimes increase numbers however a reduction in numbers is always non refundable. All catering will be suspended if funds are not clear within this timescale
Table plans and all Dietary Information must be supplied no later than 30 days before the event.
Wild Gastro Provides all catering at Three Choirs. It is not possible to bring in any external catering suppliers, including cheese stacks (with the exception of a traditional wedding cake)
We will endeavour to cater for any special dietary requirements, listed on your confirmation and final details. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee the absence of certain food groups (including nuts, and gluten) from our food or kitchen. Whilst we will always endeavour to seat your guests for your meal at a pre-arranged time, we cannot absolutely guarantee this.
