Do you speaK Georgian?

I’m Slavik Karslyan and I’m 23. I live in Ninotsminda, in Samtskhe Javakheti region of Georgia. I finished school 4 years ago. I didn’t learn the official language, Georgian, well. That’s the reason why I have a hard time speaking Georgian.

Now I’m taking part in different training events and business projects. Once my business idea was selected among 28 ideas

It was about building an outdoor cinema in Ninotsminda. Afterwards we were sent to Kakheti by Association Regional/Rural Development for Future Georgia (RDFG) and we were trained on how to present our projects, how to work with Microsoft Excel, etc. I was the only Armenian there, the rest of the participants were Azeris and Georgians. No one spoke even Russian and it was very difficult for me to communicate with all of them and complete the assignments. I would use Google translate and call my friends in case I needed to have something translated. Then I would ask someone to check if it was correct and after that I would use it in my presentation.
