Technological Innovation How do projects contribute to increase the delivery of technological innovation in smart specialisation sectors?

3D&FPP

The 3D&FPP project seeks to revolutionise the design, production and supply of parts in the aviation, medical and maritime industries. By integrating metal 3D printing with flexible post processing, they will significantly reduce production times and increase the range of applications in industries that need high precision manufactured metal parts.

This cross-border partnership has designed, developed and implemented an efficient, fast and affordable post-processing solution for Additive Manufacturing parts.

DOC2C's

The DOC2C's project is an extensive research programme that aims to improve the quality of water in the 2 Seas area. The project has delivered several publications highlighting innovative techniques to remove dissolved organic carbon (DOC) from source waters.

The project runs a cross-border testing facility to pilot new innovations from technology providers and to test surface water from several production sites.

Interreg 2 Seas counts 17 projects that contribute to increase the delivery of technological innovation in smart specialisation sectors.
