Who: Liz Bradley, DPT, OCS, Running Specialist: She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Liz is Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with expertise in slow motion run analysis.
What: Injury rates for runners are among the highest in any sport - upwards of 80%. This workshop will talk about ways to implement changes into your running form to help reduce your chances of injury. Liz will be giving away information and tips on how to help improve your run.
