As Senior Manager of Workplace Experience at Adobe, I lead a team responsible for designing experiences across workplace, food, wellness, and events for employees and customers worldwide. My focus is to create experiences that help build amazing culture by supporting diversity, collaboration, innovation, community, and maintaining constant alignment with our core values.
I direct Global Food Strategy for Adobe, amplifying Adobe culture through food experiences. I believe eating is the cultural activity that’s easiest to leverage for building community because it is the only one that every human engages in multiple times per day. Whether in our cafes, breakrooms or on-site catered meetings and events, I ensure that each food experience reflects our values, standards for sustainability and well-being, and inclusive approach for our diverse population. As a creative professional myself, I am honored to be feeding the people who feed creativity.
As the designer of graphics and brand in the Adobe workplace, I maintain the partnership between GWS and Adobe Branding. I collaborate with our design teams to bring the Adobe flavor to each space. My goal is to contribute to a design that not only meets the needs of GWS, but is globally consistent with the Adobe brand and culture, and locally relevant to the business and culture. I also inform the marketing team of the locations to receive collateral like elevator skins from the latest corporate marketing and customer branding campaigns. In some cases, I design the collateral as well. Whether they are the site leader, designer or engineer, I love letting the employee inspire my work. My favorite outcome is when the Adobe employee takes ownership and pride over our creations!
I strive to deliver meaningful live event experiences that support Adobe’s culture of inclusion, enhance our workspaces, and delight our employees. I partner with a broad spectrum of employees and teams daily, including North American site councils, Global Site Operations, Employee Communications, product teams, brand strategists, employee communities, culinary teams, and more, offering guidance, and developing and tracking global event strategies.
My role as an event strategist allows me to directly influence Adobe’s culture. Through designing meaningful and engaging internal events, I am able to drive a number of corporate efforts from diversity and inclusion, to wellness, to creating community through social events and ESCAPE. I also provide production and logistical support for internal events hosted by other teams, such as the CEO Summit, College 2 Adobe Life, Open Enrollment, and various product launches.
As the Global Wellness Coordinator, I plan, organize, and coordinate all wellbeing related programs, activities and events that occur onsite. In order to be successful, I collaborate with the cafés, the onsite fitness center, the benefits team, the events team, and external vendors in order to effectively educate and increase the overall wellbeing of Adobe employees. Recently, a major focus of mine has shifted to helping to create, socialize and implement the company’s Wellbeing Strategy and execute on a global scale.
My focus is driving design on workplace projects around the globe as well as developing an innovative and robust approach to workplace design in the future. I partner frequently with our global real estate team, site operations, AV, IT, and security. I also partner with my own GWE team to help complement workplace graphics, branding, wellness, and culinary experiences.
