In college, students tend to become more stressed due to an overload of homework assignments and exams.

Students can decrease and release their stress levels just by exercising.

Exercise can be more than a just stress reliever. It brings happiness knowing that the body is being improved

Let's put down the pencils and do something for ourselves.

Student's deserve less stress.

Happiness must and will be improved.
