Physical Fitness is the ability to carry out tasks without undue fatigue.

Muscular strength is the ability of muscle or group of muscles to exert force against resistance. Muscular endurance is the ability of muscle or group of muscles to exert force for extend periods. Cardio respiratory endurance is the ability of the body's circulatory and respiratory system to supply oxygen during sustain physical activity. Flexibility is the ability of body joints to move freely. Body composition refers to the amount of the body fat and muscle mass, can also significantly affect sporting performance.

Agility is the ability to quickly change body position/ direction of the body. Balance is the ability to stay upright or stay control of body movement. Coordination is the ability to move two or more body parts with control, smoothly, and efficiently. Speed is the ability to move across the ground or move limb rapidly to grab or throw. Power is the ability to exert maximum force as quickly as possible, as in jumping, accelerating, and throwing
