How to make sushi
First, you need half a sheet of Nori or seaweed. Then you need to spread out the rice over the Nori. Keep the rice on top of the seaweed and then flip it over. Put the fish, crab sticks or vegetables like cucumbers on the top of the Nori. Grab it from the bottom and roll it together. Use a bamboo rolling mat to keep it together and turn it a few times to make it stick together. You can roll it away from yourself or to yourself. Then squeeze the bamboo mat. Roll back the mat then around it fully roll sushi to pack while cut. In a light sawing then cut sushi then you are done are you can make a soup if you want to or a sake.
