Vincent Van Gogh was just like any kid growing up. Van Gogh was born and raised in Groot-Zundert in the province of Barbant, Holland. Van Gogh had a brother Theo and Cor Van Gogh and two younger sister Elisabeth Van Gogh, and Wil Van Gogh. Before Van Gogh was born he had a brother that died at birth and was also named Vincent. They buried him and had his name on his tombstone . Later in life they had another son and named him Vincent. Vincent would have to grow up next the the feeling knowing that his own name was in his deceased brother’s grave. But that did not stop Van Gogh From being a unique person.
When Van Gogh started out his career he wasn't the best artist. Van Gogh painted with the same colors the the same things until he met with Camille Pissarro. Inspired Van Gogh to start experimenting with more vibrant colors and new techniques. That is what helped Van Gogh grow as an artist. After learning all theses new things Van Gogh started making new things with more color and pop. Like the “The Starry Night” and the “.Almound Blossum” Vincent Van Gogh was sadly not famous until after he died. He was great, talented, and unique artist.
