Epic Hero Project! Alyssa Aleman

  • Bravery: Bravery is the courageous behavior or character, mostly shown in a type of form of a hero.

In "The Odyssey" Odysseus had tortured the cyclops and wounded him in the eye with straight bravery to approach him in that way; no back down (Odyssey book 9, lines 91 and 92).

  • Intelligent: Being intelligent is being able to vary a state or action in response to varying situations, varying requirements, and past experiences.

In "The Odyssey" Odysseus is intelligent and uses his intelligence because he comes up with a plan on attacking the cyclops to defeat him and also he tells the cyclops his name is 'nobody' and tricks him into believing it (The Odyssey book 9, lines 274, 275).

  • Strength: having strength is having the ability, the quality or state of being strong,

In "The Odyssey" Odysseus uses his strength to fight and defeat the Cyclops,

  • Bravery: Bravery is the admirable quality of being able to confront frightening things; it takes bravery for a shy kid to speak up in class, just like it takes simba bravery to confront the hiennas.

In "The Lion King" Simba becomes brave enough to confront the hiennas about not picking on others their own size ( The Lion King, Brave part 2)

In "The Lion King" Simba goes by the motto 'Hakuna Matata' to get through all his situations which was a smart move, there for he used his intelligence ( The Lion King Movie).

Sim a shows his strengths when he takes over and becomes the strongest Lion King!🦁

Yes, I do now believe that our epic heroes now in days do play a big role in our society and definitely have changed in a bit of a way but overall, all epic heroes are kinda similar and it's a good thing!
