Josephine came into Islington Store saying she had been due for an upgrade for a while but didn't want to as she wanted to keep photos of her recently passed away husband. we assured her nothing would be lost-in fact we would transfer the lot and even show her how to do it! Josephine now knows how to transfer through bluetooth...use google maps and download apps! All thanks to Amjad! Josephine even has the last photo they took together as her new screensaver. Lee came into Oxford Street East after losing his phone on holiday-we helped him set up his new device and he was overjoyed when he found his holiday photos were still backed up to the cloud-we then ensured he could get back to his home town in Manchester safely by downloading a few helpful transport apps to help him on his travels-OXFORD ST EAST

Natalie couldn't live anymore with Samsung-she hated it! Fantastic Amanda set her up with a brand new iPhone SE, reliable and user friendly, plus to ensure the customer is ready to go, Amanda gave her an essential pack with 3Rescue. Great conversion by Amjad-he spoke to the customer about their Vodaphone contract handset which had an issue-he gladly decided to help saying, "all are welcome at Three." Customer felt really welcomed from the warm reception. Amjad through supporting the customer managed to switch them to Three, saving them £96 along the way-AMJAD @ISLINGTON
Super Suree helped Ann moved from Vodaphone who were "rubbish"compared with us, she took a new iPhone 7 with a mifi to use abroad too & she traded in her old phone. She learnt about what a mini is and how it will benefit her and Suree helped her set up and transfer her data-SUREE @WHITE CITY

Michael came to pick up his deliver to store iPhone 7+ today. Having booked a discovery session with us yesterday, Michael gave me amazing feedback. He also said he "is the man behind the camera usually" but for us he decided to switch sides and it turned out he loves this picture. Ivan came in with a query around text messages and why all of his messages were going through as an MMS. Peter didn't know either, so kindly took Ivan through settings on text services to try and find a way to help. As Peter was learning himself he gradually realised you had to split the text because it was too big for one message which ultimately made it into a picture message-hence MMS. Ivan was happy and thanked Peter for his persistence-PETER @ISLINGTON

Nice discovery session with this gentleman who was deaf and unable to speak, helped him set up an account and book a flight to see one of his family members in Ireland...he left happy and return if needed-AARON @KILBURN
