Physical Bullying

Physical bullying involves hitting, shoving, pushing, tripping, and other kinds of force. These attacks most of the time will leave marks on the victims body. Sexual harassment can also apply to physical bullying and is just as bad. Physical bully causes both short therm and long term damage to the victim.

Social bullying involves using relationships to hurt someone. It involves excluding or ostracizing someone from a friend group, spreading rumours, giving them the silent treatment and in general just making them feel isolated and alone.

Verbal Bullying

Verbal bullying involves hurtful comments, name-calling, and even threats. Bullys often say inappropriate and sexual things about the victim to other people and to the victim, make the victim feel uncomfortable and even vilolated. Verbal bullying can be just as bad as physical bullying but it impacts propels emotionally.

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using electronic devices. Electronic devices include cell phones, computers, and tablets as well as communication tools including social media sites, text messages, chat, and websites. Bully's way use technology to spread rumors or say private things they know about you behind your back. Cyber bully may affect your school life because of the abuse.
