Very easy and intuitive to operate. Links well with the app and the Fitstar workout app is great,I can go hours without getting up to move around. This Fitbit reminds me at 10 minutes to the hour if I have not walked at least 250 steps that hour and how many I lack. I am also obsessed with checking my sleep patterns and entering my daily weight. I like the app that goes with the watch which shows me my logs and allows me to add water and food intake. I love this Fitbit and hate when it runs out of battery because I have to take it off! The battery lasts about 5 days though,I highly recommended if you are looking for smart watch.
