A SAFE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
These 2021 projects and initiatives will promote a safe community, which is multigenerational, inclusive and consistently explores new ways to enhance community values.
Protect the residential lifestyle of Las Sendas by implementing recommendations from the Short Term Rental Working Group. This includes creating a plan to amend the CC&Rs, a rental registration policy, legislation partnerships, and revising the violation enforcement and fine policy.
Create a communications plan that speaks to multigenerational audiences and promotes inclusivity.
Ensure that patrol or security services meet the needs of our community.
COMMUNITY PRESERVATION
These 2021 projects and initiatives will promote the protection and enhancement of our beautiful desert uplands setting.
Revise our fire mitigation plan by reducing fire risk in unmaintained common areas and around our homes.
Obtain the National Firewise USA® designation for our community by logging 3430 hours of fire risk mitigation each year.
Review our landscape and tree maintenance annually.
IMPACTFUL LIFESTYLE OPPORTUNITIES
These 2021 projects and initiatives will provide lifestyle opportunities that offer the best amenities and most impactful social and fitness activities to promote meaningful connections.
Increase usage of the Trailhead Members Club by creating a plan to repurpose or remodel the facility.
Implement lifestyle opportunities that appeal across generations and other demographics.
FINANCIAL STRENGTH
These 2021 projects and initiatives will promote a financially strong community association.
Create an operations plan to increase interdepartmental operational efficiencies within the Association management.
Maintain the current assessment rate through annual recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue-generating opportunities.
Maintain key performance indicators including our operation cash ratio, on-hand cash, and assessment collection rate.
Ensure that all projects meet the community's needs and are funded according to approved policies and best practices.
