What is the Customer Advisory Board?

The Mission of the Adobe Digital Marketing Customer Advisory Board (CAB) is to provide a forum for our most innovative customers, who are engaged in business critical decisions, to review industry trends, address mutual challenges and opportunities, and provide feedback and guidance on leveraging Adobe solutions for a competitive advantage. Our members will help create and validate our digital marketing strategy.

CAB Structure

Platform Customer Advisory Board

  • Executive Level strategic & technical membership
  • Must use at least 4 of our solutions
  • Goal is to help us to re-imagine an all inclusive platform
  • Yearly Pre-Summit meeting
  • Half-yearly check-in call
  • Access to private CAB Community

Strategic Customer Advisory Board

  • Senior Management+ level membership
  • Must use a majority of the capabilities within a solution
  • Focus is on real-world customer challenges
  • Yearly Pre-Summit Meeting
  • Ad-hoc calls
  • Access to private CAB community

The Digital Marketing CABs are comprised of 7 solutions: Target, Audience Manager, Campaign, Social/Livefyre, Analytics, Experience Manager, and Advertising. We also have a Mobile CAB.

CAB Member Requirements

  • Agree to a one year term
  • One representative per customer organization per solution CAB
  • Participate in ad-hoc calls
  • Actively provide feedback in meetings/calls to help drive strategy and vision
  • Join us for our annual in-person meeting in one of the following locations (all expenses paid by CAB member): North America, Europe, Australia, Tokyo
