Nadya Nickels Illustrator & Multimedia artsit. Currently enrolled at Full Sail University in the Digital Arts & Design program. Creates illustrations for Afropunk.com under the feature EclecticWierdo.

My style and art work embodies the definition of eclectic. I derive a lot of inspiration from a variety of styles. I don't believe in limiting your self, especially for things like stereotypes. I try to keep this in mind when it comes to my art.

I have a macabre esthetic; I find beauty and light within dark things, the dark you find within the light makes it even more beautiful.

Also being from Puerto Rico I have a lot of Caribbean influences as well. I try to reflect my souroundings in to my art.
