April 7, 2017. The end of North Skyway Fishing Pier offers great views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge at any hour of the day or night. To the west is Fort DeSoto. This time of year, the sun is setting behind Fort DeSoto.
Pelicans were still diving for fish during nesting season. They tend to fish longer hours.
Fort DeSoto offers a great backdrop for sunset.
