GOALS

My overarching professional goal for 2017 is to build and pilot the second iteration of a Watershed Business Transformation strategic delivery offering.

To accomplish this goal, i will need to:

  1. Dedicate time -to completing a Culture Study
  2. Venture Lead -lead the development of an alternative negotiations approach for Canada
  3. Enhance our Public Service Advisory Capability -by operationalize an integrated high frequency program offering, including the change leadership advisory role and the integration of technology into our practice
  4. Network - to enhance our BC presence

SHORT TERM ACTIONS

To get me on my way, there are some actions i can take ownership of in the next quarter.
  1. Culture Study: a) Plan an anthropological approach and select a research topic to kick off a culture study process
  2. FN Venture Lead: a) Continue to lead the development of an Alternative Negotiation and Agreement Delivery Processes
  3. Public Service Advisory Capability: a) Connect with other people in my network to co-discover high frequency requirements (Matt, Antou), b) Perform overall leadership for the development team to ensure we have an integrated offering that leverages our business edge, c) Engage in more change leadership functions with current and new clients (BCimc) to build a roster of testimonials for our high frequency program d) Continue to foster partnership with EY to propel our consulting practice forward, e) Build a cost model to bridge the gap with our clients on our outcome based approach
  4. Network: a) Re-engage in my Public Service network, b) Lead the launch of an innovation lab to showcase our two new service offerings to our clients

  1. LEARN - to deliver a killer Tech Talk
  2. LEARN - to tread on toes to learn to dance
  3. EXPLORE - the theory and practice of self organizing principles
  4. EXPLORE - how to deliver a project, balancing the needs of customization and templates, knowledge transfer and delivery quality, watershed principles and traditional methods.
  5. DISCOVER - new terminology to instigate a break from our event language
  6. DISCOVER -how to deliver effective business development to secure more clients
