Humanistic The humanistic trait has us focusing on health rather than sickness, and also all of our thoughts, feelings, and actions put into who we are and how we became that person. People like aBraham maslow and carl rogers supported this Idea.

One of the concepts of the humanistic trait is self-actualization. What this is is fulfilling your self potential and being all that you can be. For me, I am working to be at my absolute best, not only as a person, but as a student, an athlete, a brother, and a son. I would say that I am on the road to fulfilling my full potential as a person.
Another idea from the Humanistic perspective would be Unconditional Positive Regard. This is an attitude of total acceptance towards another person. For me, I am a very easy going person, often being very accepting of others. However, I don't forgive very easily, which is why I only have UPR towards certain people, where I am completely accepting of who they are no matter what or who they become.
