Spartan Family Focus February 2021 Richmond Heights secondary school

February Highlights

Richmond Heights Secondary School is nearing the end of its construction of the new building! The 21st century design will provide students, families, and community members with a unique opportunity to collaborate and reengage as a Spartan Nation! Stay turned for more information on ribbon-cutting celebrations and reopening updates.

On Friday, February 5, 2021, students and families participated in a virtual pizza party with the RiseUP! after school program. Staff members delivered pizza ingredients and recipes to all families who registered for the event and a live Zoom call was held for everyone to join and make pizza together. This community and family virtual gathering allowed families and staff to join together and build positive relationships outside of the classroom. For more information on RiseUP! or if you have any family engagement ideas, contact Site Coordinator, Alicia Trescott, at trescott.alicia@richmondheightsschools.org
