At most marinas, our password is the same, "onspotwifi", this not only makes logins easier to remember, but most computers remember and login is automatic. Also, as shown in our instructional brochure, which we leave at the dock office, marina personnel can distribute them to guests during check-in, answering most of the log-in-related questions. Additionally, it includes our contact number in case of specific requests. Our Help Desk operates seven days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, and boaters appreciate this convenience.
