Open your box of oils. Break out those cap stickers and place them on the tops of your bottles (makes it easier to find them when you need them). Plug in that diffuser, fill water to the red dot and add 2 drops of the following:
Lemon + Lavender + Peppermint
This blend will awaken the room, help combat seasonal threats floating around, calm nerves, refresh the air, clear airways for better breathing and bring in a little extra sunshine.

Basically the Essential Oil Bible. This book is an incredible resource to look up any health issues that come up or to even just learn more about the oils you already have. It's also a great place to learn about oils you might NOT have yet, and why you might want to add certain oils to your collection in the future. You can also find loads of recipes and DIY ideas to incorporate into your new natural lifestyle.
This is just another option for your essential oil bible. This book has more of a textbook layout and makes for a simple look up and go to solution. Lots of the science and chemistry can be found in here as well. When it comes to blending and what oils go with what, there’s great info in this book.
