Trans Fat lower your cholesterol. Eating trans fat increases your risk of developing heart disease and strokes. It you can have a higher risk of having type 2 diabetes.

Where does Trans fat come from?

Trans Fat come from liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid. The primary dietary source for trans fats in processed food is partially hydrogenated oils.
