If I woke up with a 4th grade job it would be a orthopedic sergeon In 4th grade the things that will help me are my origo book to help me find angles so I know where to cut [so I don't cut a vital vain or mucell or something like that] also I could use the protractor to exact the angles and last but not least I would use the school library to learn about the human body.
