Daily tasks
Define camp goals and/ or define and plan program to reflect camp goals.
Originate and carry out a system for recruiting campers and staff utilizing brochures, telephone calls, reunions, hot prospect lists, etc.
Prepare and conduct pre-camp and in-service staff trainings.
Order or supervise the ordering of food, supplies, and equipment, and arrange for proper distribution.
Salary: $40,000
Work schedule: only work the summers and due like week on and a week off and you will usually work outside.

What would you do if a parent was angry with the way you handled a situation with their child?
You notice a couple of cliques have developed among the campers and that one or two campers have been completely excluded.
