When the warden of the Savage Reservation tells Lenina "There is no escape from the Savage Reservation", I believe that he wasn't saying that once you are there you cannot physically leave. Rather that the things that go on in the Savage Reservation are things that no one sees in the World State. He is telling them that now that they have seen the things they have, the Savage Reservation and the images of it will never escape their mind.
