Suggested Kit - Vaseline or similar, you will thank us for this. Cup/mug Our events are cup-less**! Tracking your run, how will you charge your watch.

Hat and Gloves, it gets cold at night or even just hanging around

Waterproof Jacket (with hood)

----

Think about something to just put on in between laps, its suprising how quickly you get cold! You may leave all spare kit in either a bag or box at the start / finish location.

*Each competitor must have their own, NOT one torch, between four, if you do not have your own mandatory kit you will not be starting. **Cup-Less - As a step towards zero waste at any of our events, we intent to go cup-less for the 2017 Hardcastle 24, this simply means that if you are not carrying a water bottle etc, you will need to bring some form of cup, that way, we don't have to dispose off 100's of plastic cups! Before anyone suggests we are been tight, we only pay about £1.99 /100 its simply a huge amount off waste!

BAC Outdoor Leisure, already have in stock the Hydropack Speed cup (just an example of what is available)
