Site Selection & Hotel Management

Fuse does the research and provides you with the details so you can make informed decisions. We seek out properties that fit the style and size of each unique group. Save time and dollars by allowing Fuse to schedule site visits to a narrowed list of properties. We’ll handle hotel negotiation and meeting space selection to ensure you receive the best value and concessions for your group. Once the contracts are signed, Fuse can take care of menu selection, meeting room requirements and audio and visual needs. Online Registration
Allow us to create a customized registration site for your entire meeting, incorporating your theme and graphics. We make it easy for you to collect all of the crucial information from your guests. Booking and collecting travel information, creating rooming lists and tracking breakout meeting assignments are all elements of the convenient online process. Guests are able to make their choice between an afternoon at the spa, golf course, excursions, or a sailing regatta, for example. Once we complete the build out of your registration site, we monitor activity and provide concise reports as frequently as you prefer, keeping you continually updated.
On-Site Event Management/Production
