Baking White Chocolate Blondies...
- You will need:
- 150g white chocolate (Milky Bar is best!)
- 125g butter (unsalted or salted)
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 200g plain flower
- 100g white chocolate chips
- About 15 pecan nuts - optional
Once your mixture is smooth, pour it out into a greased tin (it is suggested to line it with baking parchment/paper). Bake for around 20 minutes, depending on how fast your oven cooks. It is perfectly cooked when the brownies are golden brown on top. Leave to cool for a few minutes and then slice and enjoy with a cuppa' tea!
