Mason's Voices of Well-Being A Mason Student shares his experience on how he enhances his well-being.

New Feature for Mason's Voices of Well-Being Paul Cipparone, Master of Public Health Student. This is how Paul practices his well-being:

"I enhance my well-being every night by meditating and journaling. This is actually a lot easier than you might think because I don't do a lot at one time--I just meditate for five minutes and write four lines in my journal.
This isn't that much in the moment but it's something that I know I can do every night.

I am almost two years into doing this and I can say without a doubt that it's helped me be a lot more mentally clear and present in the moment.
It's also a great healthy way to relieve stress. I would recommend it to anyone looking to be in a little more control of their lives."
