About Us

Kelly Travis is a Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Speaker who is passionate about working with women and men who have big dreams and an even bigger drive. Her mindful, flexible non-prescriptive approach to health gives her clients the freedom to set meaningful goals and achieve results they never thought possible. She is a N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Trainer and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned her certification as a Holistic Health Coach. Her passion for health and fitness started in college, where she was a collegiate All-American runner at UNC-Charlotte, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Central Michigan University.

Real Results is a boutique gym located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. In addition to our groundbreaking REAL CROSS-TRAINING classes and infectious culture, REALRESULTS has a proven and easy to follow step by step 12-week eating program (the REAL 90) coupled with a comprehensive and thorough fitness evaluation process to help you attain your goals in the shortest amount of time.

Here is how the 2 hour session will flow:
