Soft Oatmeal Banana Cookies With protein

Makes ~18 cookies

Ingedients

  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops whey protein isolate (chocolate or vanilla)

Drections

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • With a blender, chop the oats into flour (it's ok if there are some bigger pieces)
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas
  • Mix all ingredients to the banana mash except the protein and oats
  • Next, mix in the protein
  • Fold the oat flour into the mixture
  • On a greased baking sheet, scoop out dough into lumps (approx. 18 cookies)
  • Bake at 350° for 10-14 mins or until cookies are set
  • Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool
  • Serve and enjoy!
