In addition to the Main Campus Commons—the East Campus Multi-Purpose Room has lots of tables and space to actually hear your friends talk. The outside spaces of the patio, grassy knoll, and seating areas are great on sunny days, and even the drizzly ones. And the first floor tiled areas near the Student Store and Counseling Office appeal to others. Please respect that the Performing Arts Center and Gym Foyer are closed during lunches. Another reminder: Due to safety and security, food delivery services are NOT allowed at Kamiak.

Great news! As you have probably heard, Kamiak will check out a new, school issued Dell computer to every student for use this school year! If you have not checked out a computer and charging cord yet, please have a parent or guardian sign the Computer Checkout Form and bring it to school with you to check one out. You can pick up the form in the library if you don't have one. School-issued devices come pre-loaded with all of the necessary software needed for school and are supported by the District when problems arise.

need a yearbook?

You don’t want to miss out on a Kamiak Yearbook. You can purchase your Yearbook through the Bookkeeping Office – before or after school or during lunch. The cost is $50 and payable by cash, debit/credit card (check payable to Kamiak High School). Note: Yearbooks are sold by pre-order and must be purchased before Winter Break in December.

The Activity Bus starts on Tuesday, September 7th and will be available to students Monday through Thursday. Remember that you need a bus pass to ride the Activity Bus. Bus passes will be given by your activity advisor. Bus leaves from the Bus Zone at approximately 4:05 P.M.

School Health Room Supplies

Does your child have a medical condition the school should be aware of? During the first few days of school, your student will receive a packet with health history forms that you may complete and return to Kamiak. You can also contact the Nurse directly via email at ArmstrongHossBA@mukilteo.wednet.edu, if your student has any serious medical conditions or needs a health plan that may include medication, treatment, or safety instructions.

Health Forms

You can find forms here. Please drop off health forms and medications to Ms. Armstrong, our School Nurse, in Kamiak's counseling office next week.

Before/After School Health Prep

If your student participates in before/after school activities, sports, clubs, drama, choir, music, etc. you should inform the coach/advisor about their health issues. become a kabc member

Kamiak Athletic Booster Club has been a tremendous partner over the years in providing our student-athletes with a great high school athletic experience and providing many College scholarships to deserving Senior student-athletes. Kamiak Athletics may need to rely more heavily upon KABC for financial support for our team budgets in the near future until we can return fully to normal operating conditions. We hope that day is coming soon! If you haven’t become a KABC member yet, then please consider doing so today. KABC is looking for people to get involved and volunteer on its Board of Directors. A few of the open positions available are General Board Member, Volunteer Coordinator, and Webmaster. For more information visit the KABC website.
