Esera Tuaolo’s Inclusion Party January 29th, 2020 | SUPER BOWL | FORT LAUDERDALE, FL

Hate Is Wrong Inclusion events Super Bowl week are the next step working toward equality in sports. Esera Tuaolo and Hate Is Wrong is transforming the sports community as a whole instead of focusing merely on players. The Inclusion Party and Inclusion Panel seeks to eliminate explicit and implicit discrimination surrounding the NFL and other sports by bringing the NFL and the LGBT community closer together.
The Inclusion Party physically brings LGBT people, history, and community to NFL fans that typically are not exposed to such an environment. The party cultivates a hate-free zone on where guests can rely on readily identifiable allies whether closeted, open or straight with their sexuality. Examples include Carson Kressley, our amazing MC.
INCLUSION PANEL: Focused discussion of LGBTQ+ involvement in sports generally to help shed away any unfounded biases people have and tackle the issue objectively and fairly. Panelists from team management, from private ancillary businesses (like Adidas), professional athletes, coaches, team owners, and similar people directly or indirectly tied to the sporting, and NFL, franchise. Expected Panelist: - Billy Bean MLB - Tony Richardson NFL - Peter Pettengill - NHL (executive director You Can Play) - Carley Knock WNBA (VP of Lynx operation) - Jason Collins- NBA
EXECUTION Modeled after the Taste of the NFL party with Wayne Kostroski, the Founder and Executive Director of the Taste of the NFL serving as advisor. Hate Is Wrong Inclusion evnets will be a traveling campaign moving yearly to each city hosting the Super Bowl providing support, education, and networking to each city. Money obtained through the party will be donated to diversity centers and anti-bullying organizations within that year’s host city.
Our first Inclusion Party donations to the Pacer Center and their National Bullying Prevention Center. In the two years of the party we have made 3 donations. Other organizations include Avenues For Homeless Youth LGBTQ program and National Center for Civil and Human Rights LGBT Institute.

This is the one of the few Super Bowl parties week that promotes something other than excess. It's the only party celebrating inclusion.

At the party activate your brand to attendees letting them know you care about inclusion, diversity, anti-bullying and LGBTQ rights.

After the party get media to show your customers/shareholders/industry that your actions back your words. The Inclusion Party is a unique opportunity to stand out from all the other parties and events with a moment that makes a difference (see adidas example right).
