STEP 1:

GOALS THAT WE SEEK TO ACHIEVE AS A BRAND.

  1. Over time, we expect to increase our sales.
  2. Have a more special connection with our customers.
  3. Raise awareness of our brand.
  4. Increase our popularity through the use of social networks.

STEP 2:

1. MEASURABLE OBJETIVE

As we want people to know about us through social networks we plan to publish photos on the most popular social networks today such as Facebook and Instagram. We will share photos that communicate our company culture. We will do this by posting three photos a week. We have thought to have at least 30 likes and 3 comments in each photo that we publish.

2. CHARACTERIZE OUR CUSTOMERS

As we are a fast food Italian restaurant, our tarjet are people who are constantly working and have the need to buy something quickly and return to their activities. Our brand is perfect for people who fit into this activity profile because they can get fast food of excellent quality at a low cost. Our products are directed to mostly young people, more or less between the ages of 16 and 30, who usually have a tight budget and are looking to eat something quickly to get back to their activities.

3. CHOOSE OUR CHANNELS

As a brand, we want our restaurant to be recognized primarily by our traget. Many of our consumers know that they are part of different social networks. In our case, we want to be part of and be a trend in the most used by our target. These social networks are instagram and facebook. In the case of instagram, we want to share photos of our delicious dishes that we offer in our restaurants as well as different news, such as opening hours or different contests that we carry out in order to always get more followers and create recognition. In addition, we want to contact different chefs or influencers in the middle of the meal to share certain photos of our brand and thus gain more popularity. In the case of facebook, we also plan to share photos at least three times a week to be sure that our target reminds us during their week.

STEP 3:

PROGRESS OF THE COMPANY WITHIN THE SOCIAL MEDIA

When it comes to seeing the progress of the company, you first have to evaluate what are the weaknesses and what are the strengths of such, since like all these companies that offers fast food for all segments of the population since it is a product That the majority of the population can acquire.

STEP 4:

TEST AND ANALYZE:

  1. If we are doing good in terms of the number of entries that the page have.
  2. The success and failure that we may have.
  3. Analyse what is the problem and how can we fix it.
  4. The competition.

STEP 5:

For each of the social networks the company has to interpret and promote its brand in a different way, according to the social network that is used since they have different public. Since these not only serve to sell the product but also to improve the service and thus to relate the product to the lifestyle of people.

In addition, this serves to create emotional links between the consumer and the brand.
