Private George Watson, a heroic individual during WW2, received a Medal of Honor for saving his comrades in expenses of his own life. Private Watson was on board a shape when enemy bombers attacked it. Once everyone evacuated the shop, Watson stayed behind to aid those who were uncapable to swim to safety which costed him his life in the end. This acts relates to those of Erik Vandenburg's. Erik Vandenburg saves Hans Hubermann's life at his own expense. Erik Vandenburg saved Hans' life by arranging for his comrade to miss the day's deathly battle. Both of these individuals saved their comrades'life by sacrificing their own.
