A Girl and her Pony Cassidy's portraiture session

So we meet again, dear blog readers!

patience

The topic of discussion for today's B and R Photo blog, is none other than Cassidy and her pony Stanley, a wonderful little team of girl and pony from Chalk River. If this young girl looks familiar to you, it's because I've photographed her older sister Amanda for one of our dance portrait sessions!

I was so stoked when I got a call from Kim saying she wanted to book a session for Cassidy and Stanley. I remember when Kim had entered Amanda in for our Dance Portrait giveaway and how much she loved the images from that session. So I was happy to know that they enjoyed the experience as much as I enjoyed them!

love

When I got to the location and met with them before the shoot began, I saw the outfit they had picked and was like "YES!" this is perfect.

Because my last session with the Amanda went so well, I knew it wouldn't be any different this time around. And I was right! Check it out for yourself:

I want to tell you a little about how awesome this was for me though, as I had never done a shoot with a horse/pony as there is a fantastic local artist who also does amazing equine images. And knowing Kim trusted me to capture this memory is such a wonderful feeling and experience. Thank you Kim and Cassidy for this special memory :)

true friendship

So lets stop reading and just look at these images already!!!!!!
