Coach has promotions that are seasonal. Some strengths are there large product line and high quality. They also have international markets and sales are online . The weakness is they are very expensive and it is sold at outlets where it is full price unlike in factory stores.

Gucci uses other sites for promotional discounts and their weakness's are they are very expensive and they don't have sales on there site and there is heavy competition. The strengths are that it is a very large international market and high quality large product line.

Some opportunities are that it has an expanding international and online stores and the production for luxury items is increasing. The threats for coach is that it has been accused of using fake products and there are companies that have the same quality but for a cheaper cost.

Some opportunities for Gucci, are the expanding markets in China and India, and that they should broadens there marketing demographics. Threats for Gucci, is that some people have noticed the products are made in cheaper countries like China rather than Italy where they say it is made.
