There are a range of benefits when you start your career with us. Here are just a few of them...

5th Week Leave

After four years of service you will be entitled to an additional week's annual leave per annum.

Paid Parental Leave

After two years of continuous service, our staff become eligible for our Paid Parental Leave benefit. Mothers receive 2 months full pay, or 3 months if they have four or more years of continuous service. Fathers receive one week's full pay, or two weeks after four or more years of continuous service.

Flexible work arrangements

At Havas we understand that caring for children can create the need for flexible working arrangements, whether that be changing the hours or location of work.

We're also open to staff working from home from time to time and offer time-in-lieu where appropriate.

Birthday Leave

When it's your special day - have it off on us!

EAP Program

All our staff benefit from an Employee Assistant Program which provides free confidential professional counselling to employees and their immediate families for personal or work related issues.

Compassionate Leave

We understand that life can be unpredictable and offer two days Compassionate Leave to help in times of need.

Employee Referral Scheme

If you recommend a candidate for a permanent position at any of our agencies and that person accepts the position, you'll be entitled to a bottle of French champagne when they commence, and $2,000 when they pass probation.

Team Building

Collaboration is one of the key drivers behind our Better Together strategy. We encourage staff interaction across the Village with social events and integrated training.

Summer Fridays

This year we ran a Summer Fridays program (finish @ 3pm!) to encourage better work-life balance for our staff.
