Innovation: the introduction of something new; a new method of device (Merriam-Webster Dictionary)

As teachers we must strive to be innovative in our approach to teaching to insure we keep pace with an ever changing and innovative world. We must be creative, open to new ideas and methods, while embracing technology to take full advantage of our student's fondness and inclination towards it.
