Summer 2016 at the Sparroworks Gardening for Wildlife

Gardens are not only for gardeners, they are for the creatures that gardeners live with

Flowers, of course, lots of flowers

Some birds ...

Red-eyed Vireo
Northern Cardinal
There are handsome birds that eat birds - provide food for them also
Blue Jays - noisy clowns
American Goldfinch - they come for the seeds
Robbing Robins

Keep things peaceful

Places to watch the wildlife from are essential

A pond. A pond is obligatory if you want birds

Insects. Endless fascination

But always, LOTS of flowers
