It is intended for students, families, staff of the teaching teams and, ultimately, all those who suffer or know of a case of bullying. Calls to this service, which is framed within the Strategic Plan for School Coexistence, are free, anonymous and will not appear on the telephone bill. These will be attended by "psychologists, social workers, sociologists and lawyers."
