Malnutrition is a condition that results of eating a diet containing either to much or to little nutrients therefore resulting in health problems.


Diabetes is a disease caused by obesity due to too many calories consumed compared to the amount of exercise.

Always feeling thirsty.

Unclear vision

It is important to realize that not everything that is healthy when we make it at home is the same when we eat it at a fast food restaurant.

It is often the case that people with a lower income are more obese. This is because many poor people cant afford to make there own food and therefore they only eat fast food. However many rich people suffer from obesity as well because they spend so much money on terrible nutrition and eat in excessive amounts.
