CEOx1Day at Zuellig Pharma Bang Ying HO, a 4th-year Business Management and Economics student from SMU had a taste of CEO’s daily life shadowing John Davison, Chief Executive Officer at Zuellig Pharma on 29 March.

"The CEOx1Day experience that I shared with Mr. John Davison was undoubtedly a fulfilling one. It gave me an insight into the mind of a CEO, and answered many of the questions I had about leading a business, teams, and thousands of employees. About Bang Ying

Bang Ying attained a cumulative GPA of 4.00/4.00 and was placed on the Dean’s List for two consecutive years. A natural leader, he is an active President for the premiere business case consulting club SMU Cognitare and an Ambassador to SMU Ambassadorial Corps. He was awarded the Lee Kong Chian Scholarship for holistic excellence (top 3% of cohort) and won the OCBC Outstanding Student Award and Standard Chartered Best First Year Business Student Award. He had internships with Simon-Kucher & Partners, Grab and Temasek where he received plenty of opportunity to analyse, devise business strategies and execute them.
