Ghana Located on the Golden Coast of Africa

Located on the Golden Coast of Africa, Ghana is one of the most thriving countries in Africa. It is often referred to as an "island of peace" in one of the most chaotic regions on earth. My family is from Ghana, and I wanted to dedicate this to the beautiful life, culture, and history.

Accra, Ghana

In 1957, Ghana became one of the first countries in the western African region to gain freedom for colonization. Here's a short video explain it's history

The capital of Ghana is Accra. It has a population of about two million people, this making it among the most populated metropolitan areas in the continent.

Accra is home to several ethnic communities and a multilingual population. The official language of the entire country is English, but Ga is a very popular language.

This is a monument for the first president of Ghana. Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. He is buried inside.
