Mrs. Elrod's Newsletter Week of 5-28-19

Lakeshore Happenings:

  • Fourth grade EOGs are May 29th (ELA) and 30th (Math).
  • Picnic in the Park is May 31st. Come out and join us for an evening of fun to support our school.
  • Volunteer Breakfast is June 5th at 8 am. If you have helped our class in any way this year (chaperoned, counted box tops, dropped off needed supplies, watched the class during luncheons, etc) please attend so that we may honor YOU!

Eogs Begin tomorrow!

I am so proud of the hard work my students have put in this year, and I can't wait for them to showcase their learning on the EOGs starting tomorrow.

  • Testing will start at 7:45. Students should arrive at school on time. Once testing has started, late students cannot enter the room.
  • Students should get a good night's rest and have a good breakfast. We will not have the opportunity to break for a snack during testing.
  • Phones, smartwatches, Fitbits, and similar items should be left at home so as not to disrupt testing.
  • Visitors will not be allowed in the building during testing.

This Week:

After testing, students will do some science activities, STEM activities, and other curriculum review activities.
