Summit provides Adobe's top brass the perfect opportunity to engage with our partners and customers. From Keynotes to CBC meetings and even a Skype interview, IT support can never be too far away, and Robert Peterson was the familiar go-to onsite they all trust. Robert resolved more than 20 cases over the course of the conference, and was a consultant for many more.
Installing an event network within a convention center is no small task. After months of planning and 5 days of setup, we were ready to take on the 5 days of Adobe Summit. During the conference, our trusted network vendor, ECS, monitored and managed this complex infrastructure to provide a solid network experience for the 12,000 attendees and staff. The few stats listed below are just a glimpse of this well-designed network's size, scope, and performance.
